Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With tags still attached

Because our products are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@varinn.shop with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue (if applicable)

• The item you wish to return

We will reply with confirmation and return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or design, contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible. (This matches your Shopify rule shown in your tab.)

Non‑Returnable Items

• Clearance or final‑sale items

• Custom or personalised designs

• Items not in original condition
